Hi, I’m Jasmin

I am an editorially minded media relations leader who first cut her teeth in Silicon Valley in 2015. With more than a decade of experience supporting Fortune 500 brands, mid-size organizations, and individuals, I have learned the ins and outs of developing winning media relations strategies.

What aspect of my communications career do I love the most? Media relations, hands down.

From developing media lists to crafting an eye-catching pitch to hosting media training and more, I appreciate every step of a media relations program.

My experience includes working in-house at Ancestry and PPG. And, I have worked at Edelman (the largest global PR agency) and two boutique PR agencies. A career-defining moment includes building PPG's inaugural DE&I report, a comprehensive digital report that effectively communicated the company's commitment to cultural transformation and highlighted the talent of its +70,000-person workforce, positioning the company as a great place to work. The DE&I report was lauded by global investors and established a new industry benchmark for transparency in DE&I communications in manufacturing.

I have been quoted and featured in PRNEWS‍ ‍and HR Dive, and I sit on the board of the Hispanic Public Relations Association’s national board and the Latino Community Center board.

Today, I live with my husband and toddler in the Golden State (California), specifically in San Francisco. In our spare time, we enjoy exploring our city and the local beaches, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends, and admiring the famous California poppies that bloom throughout our exceptional state.
